If you are an existing user:
To login to your account, complete the following steps:
Enter your username in the Email text box.
Enter your password in the Password text box. Note: Passwords are case-sensitive.
When you attempt to login, you may be prompted to change your password.
You can login at anytime during your session using the LOGIN button in the top right corner of the screen.
If you are a new user:
Click here to Create a New Account and complete the required information.
If you cannot remember your password:
Click here to reset your password: Forgot Password. Enter your email address in both fields and click the Recover Password button. A temporary password will be sent to you by email.When you login with your temporary password, you'll be prompted to enter a new password.
Already on the login screen? Click Forgot your password? and follow the steps listed above.
Search Results
Search results return lists of performances that match your search criteria. Click the appropriate Buy link to begin purchasing seats. If there are too many performances to display, Next and Previous buttons appear allowing you to navigate through all of the available performances.
Refine Your Search Results
To refine the list of available performances, you can use the search features displayed at the top of the screen. To find a specific performance type the partial or full name of the performance or venue into the Search Events search box and click the Go button. In addition, you can enter a date or date range to further refine your search results.
Promotional Codes
If you have a promotional code, type it in the Promotional Code box and clicking the Go. To access a pre-sale, the Promotional Code must be entered BEFORE the performance will become available for sale. Once the Promotional Code has been entered, the effected performances will be highlighted with a yellow star. To access a special price point, the Promotional Code must be entered BEFORE the seat selection process begins. Note: Promotions are only available for select performances.
Gift Certificates

Then Follow these steps: 1. Click the Buy button. 2. Enter the desired amount. 3. Optionally, you can personalize the gift certificate by adding the recipient's name along with a personalized message. 4. Click the Add to Order button to add the gift certificate to your shopping cart.
To check the balance on a Gift Certificate, use one of the links above and enter your Gift Certificate Number and Redemption Code. Alternatively, you can call the Box Office at (970) 845-8497.
To redeem a Gift Certificate: Gift Certificates can be redeemed over the phone, in person or online.

To redeem in person: come to the box office at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail (open June-September) or the Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek (open year-round)
To redeem online: choose the “Pay with a Gift Certificate” option on the billing page
*All tickets subject to availability. Gift Certificates can be applied as payment to any eligible performance, cannot be redeemed for concessions or merchandise. The Gift Certificate is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. All Gift Certificates expires 3 years from the date they are issued.
Donations
You'll have the option to add a donation to your ticket order once you’ve added seats to your Shopping Cart.
